Free Shipping

  • Orders totaling $99.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Free shipping does not apply to priority or express shipping options.

  • Certain select or oversized items may be excluded from free shipping.

Shipping Charges for Orders Under $99.99

  • Orders below $99.99 are subject to a standard shipping fee.

  • Priority and express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping Timelines

  • Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout based on:

    • Item availability

    • Selected shipping method

  • Shipping estimates are displayed on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be generated and sent via SMS or email, based on the contact details provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status until delivery is completed.

Shipping Changes & Address Updates

  • Once a package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we are unable to make changes to:

    • Shipping address

    • Order details

  • For delivery updates or rescheduling, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellation Requests

  • To request an order cancellation, please contact us via call, text, or email within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After this timeframe, orders are processed for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Order Cutoff Times & Business Days

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship the next business day, regardless of shipping method.

  • Orders placed on Friday with next business day delivery will be delivered on Monday.

  • Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Additional Shipping Fees

  • SAVARUSA reserves the right to classify orders containing more than 5 items or specific select items as large or special orders.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply based on:

    • Order size

    • Item type

    • Selected shipping method

  • Any additional charges will be communicated via call, text, or email, either during checkout or after order review.
