RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you received the delivered item(s) exactly as per the provided order details, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Important Conditions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error caused by SAVARUSA.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item(s).
Refund Deductions

All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order error was caused by SAVARUSA.

A 50% restocking fee will be applied if:

The product is slightly used

Tags are removed

The item cannot be resold

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours after the returned package is delivered back to us by the carrier.

Express or Regular Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM POLICY
If you receive:

A defective item

A wrong item

A wrong size
SAVARUSA will:

Cover all return shipping costs

Replace the item in full, including any shipping fees incurred by you
A free return shipping label will be provided via email upon request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you received the correct item as ordered, you may exchange it for another size, color, or item within 30 days, subject to availability.
Shipping for Exchanges

All shipping charges are paid by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error caused by SAVARUSA.
Exchange Options
Customers may choose one of the following options:
Option 1 (Recommended)

Initiate a return for the unused item

Place a new order for the desired size/product and complete payment

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to our policy
This option ensures the desired item does not go out of stock.
Option 2

Wait for the returned item to reach SAVARUSA and be processed

Our Customer Service team will contact you to complete the exchange

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is applied for exchanges
SALE ITEMS POLICY

Shipping, handling, and Order Protection charges are non-refundable
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
If your item is lost or stolen:

SAVARUSA will file a claim on your behalf

Once approved (typically 10–12 business days), a replacement will be shipped
